Mr. Hou Kai, Auditor General of the National Audit Office of China, met with Mrs. Som Kim Suor, Auditor General of Cambodia, in Beijing on 11 May 2026. Mr. Hou Kai and Mrs. Som Kim Suor exchanged views on topics of mutually interest including big data auditing and capacity development, and signed a Memorandum of Understanding between the two SAIs .
